PREVENTING SERIOUS INJURY WITH A BLIND SPOT MIRROR

The MaxiView blind spot mirror has been designed to fit onto any vehicle including utilities, small trucks, passenger cars and motorcycles. They are easily fitted by the vehicle owner using the all-weather, stick on adhesive strip which is placed on the regular side mirrors of the vehicle, usually in the upper corner which usually only reflects part of the sky. The viewing area of the side mirror is greatly enhanced providing the driver with an additional view which is magnified up to three times, giving the driver plenty of time to react if they need to change lanes or they see another vehicle changing lanes nearby.

Changing lanes is often the cause of accidents on highways when drivers attempt to change lanes approaching an exit thinking they have a clear road to do so. Due to the design and nature of regular side mirrors, it often appears to be safe to change lanes when actually it is not, because a car is lurking in the vehicles blind spot. Turning your head when you are driving is not recommended, as this can also cause accidents and often does.

Installing an affordable blind spot mirror costs less than $30 for a pair and gives the driver peace of mind on the road and produces a more confident driver. After some time driving with a blind spot mirror you will certainly notice the difference. Blind spot mirrors prevent accidents that could cause serious injury to yourself, your passengers and also to other drivers. National statistics report that there are many vehicles on the road without blind spot mirrors and these vehicles are 10 times more likely to have an accident compared with vehicles that are fitted with blind spot mirrors.

Do not confuse the MaxiView blind spot mirror with other brands that sell a similar product such as the bubble mirror which distorts the driver’s view and often actually causes accidents rather than preventing them.
